our rental policies. We strive for an ultimate vacation for our
guests, so please contact us if you

- Reservations:
A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the
balance due and payable 45 days prior to your arrival.
- Payment
Methods: We accept both Visa and Mastercard. Personal
cheques may also be accepted, allowing 10 days for cheque clearance.
- Damage
Deposit: After several years of great guest experiences,
we do not charge a damage deposit. Guests will be charged for
excessive uncleanliness, missing items and damage to the unit
which was incurred during their stay.
- Age
Restrictions / Maximum Occupancy: Primary rentor must
be a minimum of 25 years old. Two bedroom units can accommodate
up to (six) 6 people, one units bedroom can accommodate up to
(four) 4.
- Arrival/Departure
times: Unless prior arrangements are made, check-in
is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation:
We will refund your money if we can replace your booking. Refunds
are at the re-booked rate less a 4% administraion fee, and are
based on the number of nights re-booked.
- Delayed
Arrivals: No refunds - we are not responsible for circumstances
which result in delayed arrivals.
- Housekeeping:
Complimentary - before and after arrival. Mid-stay housekeeping
provided every 5th day for guest stays of 8 nights or longer.
- Minimum
Stay: 3 nights in the summer, 4 nights in winter, 5
nights during December holiday season and special winter breaks
(i.e. President’s week, Spring break).
- No
Smoking: No smoking allowed in townhome. You may smoke
outside on the private, covered patio/deck. Please clean up
after yourself.
- No
Pets: We strive for an allergy-free environment.
